I started Bookkeeping by Estera over 8 years ago to help freelancers, individuals and small businesses manage their financial affairs. Me and my team work very hard to ensure you are completely satisfied with our services.

Credit Control
We can manage your credit control to ensure you get paid on time in a friendly manner.
Processing Payments
Several of our small business customers ask us to make monthly payments to their suppliers.
Sales Ledger
We update your records to ensure your sales ledger is always up to date.
Purchase Ledger
If your purchasing volume is relatively low, then there is no need for a purchase ledger. Instead, we can record information directly within the general ledger.
Bank Reconciliation
Is a process of matching the balances in a cash account to the corresponding information on a bank statement.
Petty Cash
We make sure all the petty cash is accounted for and company funds are correctly used.
VAT Returns
Our VAT Returns service involves a thorough analysis of your accounts to ensure there are no inaccuracies. We will work with you closely to ensure that all of your VAT & Tax requirements are taken care of and advise on the best course of action to ensure your VAT return is in line with current legislation.
Payroll
We can assist with all payroll matters including Employer PAYE registration, running of weekly or monthly payroll including tax and national insurance calculations and production of payslips together with all year end filing requirements.
Self Assessment inc CIS
Our services can save you time and money by completing your HMRC Tax Returns for you. We can act as your agent directly dealing with the HMRC on your behalf. We do all the calculations & submit your return. We also offer free advice on how you can minimise your tax liability!
